I curated several exhibitions of contemporary art, such as a group show “Insecure” (Contemporary Art Center, Vilnius, 1998) and participated in several exhibitions of photography and contemporary art.

My interests also involve art therapy (I organised an art therapy group in a women’s prison) and art in public space (e.g. the Writer’s street in Vilnius) and picture books (video installation on illustrators exhibition, FARMLEYGH gallery, Dublin, 2015.)

My first novel ‘‘Bad Vegan” was published in 2017. While the project Beauty Remains was publicised internationally in the media, I have been awarded a grant from the Lithuanian Council for Culture to do artistic research on the ex-Soviet garage towns and to develop a new project  new project on post-Soviet identity and infrastructure.
